Many materials can be assumed to be asbestos, but to verify that a material is not asbestos it must be tested by a licensed inspector. Our inspectors are fully trained, licensed and experienced in testing for asbestos. Whether you are buying or selling a home and want a full inspection, or if you are planning renovations and want to make sure you don't disturb anything dangerous we can help you, our inspectors know where to look and what to look for to identify possible asbestos containing materials. All of our sampling is done according to strict EPA and OSHA guidelines and our samples are sent to an accredited laboratory. Results can be obtained in as little as 24 hours.

Air Sampling If you believe there is asbestos in your house that has been disturbed, the only way to know for sure is to have a qualified inspector perform air sampling. Our inspectors are trained in using sophisticated air sampling equipment according to guidelines set by an accredited asbestos testing laboratory. Results are available in as little as 24 hours.

Abatement and Encapsulation Whether trying to sell a home, prevent future potential air quality issues in a commercial business, or take care of disturbed asbestos, our technicians work extremely cautiously when abating or encapsulating asbestos. When it comes to asbestos abatement, an untested or improper job can result in asbestos fibers floating through the air for up to two months before landing on a surface.
